Coin Wars

Posted by alecia-dukart-2 on Jan 13, 2015 in announcement | 0 comments

The Berg student council has decided to raise money to host Kat Perkins. The students will experience a live performance featuring Kat’s newly released single.  In addition, they will take part in an interactive positive presentation on finding your passion and going after your dreams. The coin war will take place between classes. Coins will be added and dollars will be subtracted. The class with the largest total will win preferential seating to Kat’s performance and earn the privilege of duct taping Mr. Leiss to the wall.  Second place will receive donuts on a Friday morning. GOOD LUCK to all classes!!!

Standard Safety Procedures during a Lock Down

Posted by alecia-dukart-2 on Dec 4, 2014 in announcement | 0 comments

During a lock down no person, with the exception of an official, will be allowed to leave or enter a Dickinson Public School District Building. Lock downs are initiated to protect students and staff by limiting individuals with unknown intentions from entering the building. In some instances an outside threat may not be identifiable and allowing parents or the public into the building would place our students and staff at a risk. During a lock down administrative staff are engaged in protecting the building from possible inside or outside threats. Please do not attempt to contact the individual school or pick up your child during a lock down. We understand this may cause an inconvenience, but our hope is, you understand we have your child and hundreds more safety at interest.   Please contact CAO with any questions or concerns at 456-0002
