Students are required to attend this program as part of their music grade this quarter. It is worth 100 points. If for some reason a child is not able to attend the performance, please let me know in advance if at all possible. Students who do not attend the performance are required to complete an assignment to replace the performance time in order to make up the points. This will be made up outside of class time.
If you have questions please call 701-456-0010 or email me at email@example.com before the program date. Thank you for your continued support of our music programs at Berg Elementary.
BAND STUDENTS and PARENTS: The band students will be performing for both programs. Depending on which group they are in, the band will perform at the end of the first program and at the beginning of the next to allow for all members to be present to play. I will have a special sitting area for the band parents since some of you will be arriving and leaving at different times in both programs. The band students who perform at the 7:30 time will need to be in the gym by 6:40pm instead of the regular time so they are ready to perform. The band students from the 1st group will stay for the second program and will be able to leave after they perform. Thank you for your understanding in giving the band an opportunity to perform for both groups of parents. If you have questions, please let me know. BAND STUDENTS WEAR BLACK PANTS/WHITE SHIRT (but could put a colored shirt overtop for the music program.
